After a month’s closure for renovation, Casa Italiana – Italian Cultural Center will celebrate its Grand re-opening this Saturday, October 29th, with a new and fresh look reminiscent of Italy and just in time to celebrate Italian Heritage month.

There are some exciting changes to their caffè menu! They are introducing a variety of hot soups to complement their Italian sandwich menu, along with seven new gelato flavors from Gelatiamo, an authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Seattle.

The expanded caffè features the addition of several pastry cases filled with authentic sweet morsels and Italian cakes imported from Italy.

They’ve added additional items to their backroom market, including authentic items such as salumi, cheeses, pancetta, pasta, olive oils, coffee, biscotti, Italian chocolate, and condiments. A hand-curated selection of fine wines is perfect for holiday gatherings and gift-giving. Some Fall specialties include Pumpkin Pannetone and festive chocolate turkeys.

A private room for 50 is also available for meetings or parties, and catering is available for holiday events and special occasions. In the near future, there will be an additional large banquet room on the upper floor.

The event is from 9 AM -5 PM and will include festive music, a beer and wine garden, and Isernio’s delicious sausage sandwiches.

The entire community is invited to come and join us for this Grand Fall Festival celebrating Italian Heritage month in North Burien.
