Easter Meditations: Because He Lives

Our Savior, Jesus Christ, is ALIVE !

He hears our prayers and is “an ever-present help in times of trouble ” (Psalm 46:1). He desires to have a personal relationship with each of us, so that we may experience Him as the Living, Loving, Saving God.

“Grand Mona and the Midnight Skunk” is the true story of Grandma Mona, a woman of faith, who has experienced God’s love and faithfulness over the many years of her life. She prays often and sees God answer her prayers and help her. Now she finds herself in a real “pickle”…… a skunk has fallen into her basement and is trapped there! What a dilemma! How will she remove it without a disaster? She does what she has always done when problems arise….she prays!

We offer the free story, “Grandma Mona and the Midnight Skunk,” told by “Aunt Ruth” during the month of April. Make your request for the free book at rstorkelbooks@gmail.com. Please send us your name, age, and mailing address for your free copy. (Limit one book per family. Offer is good until April 30, 2023.)
