Transform Burien Forced to Make Significant Budget Cuts

Transform Burien Invites You Festive Community Christmas Meal

Below is a message from Transform Burien:

Press Release March 21, 2023

For immediate release: March 21, 2023

Transform is now forced to make significant budget cuts to meet its new budget demands. Due to the rising cost of operations, increased rent, and loss of revenue, Transform has had to lay off staff, reduce hours of janitorial service, and cut back on what we can currently offer. This will not impact the services we are presently offering, though admittedly, it may mean not having the same amount of goods to offer. We are committed to continuing our ministry to the working poor, elderly on fixed incomes, and homeless in our area. We are asking, during this increased time of need, that you help us continue to solve the problem of poverty and homelessness by continuing your generosity through your volunteer work and your donations of goods and money. It has been our great honor to serve this community over the last 20 years. Let’s continue to serve together for many more!
